These Terms of Service apply to your use of the ButterflyCare website and communications from ButterflyCare. By using this website or opting in to communications from us, you agree to these terms.
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes about ButterflyCare support services. It does not create a provider-client relationship and should not be treated as medical, clinical, legal, or emergency advice.
By subscribing to ButterflyCare mobile messages, you agree to receive recurring autodialed marketing and informational text messages, such as appointment reminders, service updates, account alerts, and follow-up messages, to the mobile number used at opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us.
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code or phone number from which you received messages. You may also contact us directly by email or phone to request that we stop sending messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from ButterflyCare by submitting an online form.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
